An orchard, not a garden
A system before a landscape
The estate's cacao trees grow in the understorey: they can't take full sun, so they're planted beneath mango, avocado, citrus and palm, which filter the light for them. The result is never a flat green, never a row planted to a ruler's line — a two-tier canopy, dense in places, more open elsewhere, following what each tree needs.
Walking trails run through it, shaded rest areas are set aside, and spaces are kept for events — a wedding under the mango trees, a reception between rows of citrus.
The vision
The first professional estate in eastern Côte d'Ivoire
Domestic tourism in Côte d'Ivoire grew 70% in 2024 — a national figure, not the estate's own: more families, companies and school groups are looking for a nature outing within half a day of Abidjan. In the Indénié-Djuablin region, no professional operator was meeting that demand yet. That's the project led by Jean Koreki, tourism consultant and promoter: an estate open year-round, not a one-off stopover.
The ambition fits in one sentence: the only experience in eastern Côte d'Ivoire that combines a planted estate with a trail through living Akan kingdoms — the Indénié, the Djuablin, the Bron country. Guides are hired locally and work in French and English; produce for the Verger Table comes first from the estate itself and from nearby markets.

The estate continues at the table, and on the road
A visit to the orchard leads naturally to the Verger Table, then onto the Road of Kings as far as the royal court of Abengourou. Experiences — guided walks, cooking workshops, team building — are booked over WhatsApp; pricing is confirmed when you book.
